Was the perfect solution to a vexing problem. The problem: how to get a classic car on my car trailer by myself without risking damage to myself or my car. Solution: After mounting my wench to a mounting plate with a two inch receiver tail, then mounted to this product. I can safely move my car onto the trailer without risk. Durable and well made.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do and the welded areas seem to be extremely strong. Have towed 3,000 lb trailer up to 11,000 ft with this with zero issues

I used this this summer to raise up my carry tray (or whatever it is called) that I put my cooler and gear on when traveling. 3000 miles later and we are doing well. It gets the gear higher up off of the ground, and I could even add another trailer if I needed to. I really like the option to tighten the nuts to keep things from wobbling. That was nice. It included everything you need including an allen key. Good to go!

Fits and works well. Strong nut, bolt and pin. Using it with a 2026 GMC Yukon Denali which has a rather high hitch making our bike rack with ramp rather awkward to load. Inserted to the max it adds maybe six inches to the length of the bike rack. Difficult to insert an anti-rattle bracket due to the very small distance between the bumper body and the top of the hitch. Ended up installing the bracket on the bottom rather than top, and tightened it up plenty tight. Total weight of the bikes and rack are around 300 pounds, so not concerned about the overall load.

as others have noted, this runs 1/8 to 1/4 inch larger than a standard 2” hitch. This means the trailer, bike rake, or whatever will rattle or knock in a turn. There are items you can purchase which tighten this up if you don’t plan to swap your hitch often. -1 star for not being the right size. With that out of the way, this is built quality and is a lifesaver when my kids want to bring their bikes along with whatever I’m hauling. My first use of this was a 800 mile road trip. I arrived at the destination and all items were attached, so all in all this works just fine!

This dual Hitch extension works great! The length was perfect and its shiny black color keeps it from being noticeable! I was able to install it with no problem and it is definitely rust resistant! It is very simple to use and install. Great quality at a good price

So happy with the double hitch extender! First, its further from the hot exhaust which Ive heard can melt bags on other cars. Second, my hatch door now opens with both the base rack, and bike rack on. Golden. Third, everything is a little higher and safer from road hazards. Fourth, the rack no longer trips up my rear sensor blind spot detector, so it can operate properly. Can you say winner? Fyi I recommend to also buy some fairly cheap hitch silencing pads in a 2x2” size of-coarse, enough for the double hitch attachment areas, get at least 8” worth. $12. -No one likes clanky rack noises on bumpy roads, and all racks with hitch inserts seems to have a bit of wiggle room, which these pads silent effectively.

I bought this for a non standard use, for which it was right. But, for its intended purpose, it's well made.

I was pleasantly surprised by the weight of this extender. It was a close fit on my GLE 350, another 1” in length would be great with additional 5/8” hole. Definitely works as intended.

Well made. Reinforced . Clean welds. I had to add a hole to get the extension I needed. Supplier could improve the description with better dimensions for all features. However all competitors are poor at giving sufficient dimensions - as common for far too many products on Amazon. Other webcompanys are better.
