Good beginner telescope
This telescope has allowed me to get a good view of the moon and Jupiter with its Galilean moons (although it just looks like a bright dot) Pros Easy to build ✅ Good quality ✅ Good value for money ✅ Cons: It is a beginner scope so its usage is going to be limited by its aperture. Overall, I would deffo buy this as a beginner who wants to learn and start exploring the sky without breaking the bank. The dobsonian makes it easy to look through and position without having to worry about a tripod.

I saw the light . . .
Bought this on a whim just to play with. Got this model as it included a finder (hmmmm) which is not the easiest to align. The rest of the scope was very easy to set up and use straight out of the box. The moon is the most obvious target for this little scope and it won't disappoint. Google the Internet for a moon map and impress yourself by just how much you can find. You can spend many happy hours just doing that alone. Finding other object like Jupiter, Saturn, Mars, Venus, can be done but will be a challenge so whet your appetite on the moon and enjoy!

Good perhaps great at the price, but..
It's an excellent first scope. In general very easy to use. You should be seeing the moon and 3 or 4 of Jupiters moons very quickly. As a absolute beginner it took me maybe 5 minutes. I live semi rural so your results may vary. The photo is far worse than what my eye could see. Optics are fine but the focus window is quite small. the mount is very sturdy. You can have absolute confidence in setting this up for your kids (mines 4) and letting them experiment. It's no real loss is they drop it or push out of alignment. But. The finder scope is awful. It's almost impossible to collimate. Best I could manage was the moon at the top of the top quadrant. More importantly, I suspect you'll grow out of it very quickly and want to get something better in the 114 range. Buy if it's less than £50. But consider something in the £120-£150 range. Celestron heritage range for example. As an aside it may be worth visiting your local astronomy club, seeing if you like the hobby and then investing in a better telescope if you think the hobby is for you.

Waste of money
Been outside for an hour. Had a better view of the moon and jupiter with my monocular. Feels like a complete waste of money and certainly does not do what it says on the box

Great value and allows you to see a lot more detail than I expected!
Really good value for money telescope. I bought this for my 13 year old son and we have enjoyed using it a lot. Suprisingly good view of the moon, had no idea it would be that powerful. For newcomers this is a great starter telescope I think.

First step.
Early days. On line documentation accessed and checked by me, but minimal use. Not sure if I will be able to transfer the on-line login to my grandson or copy the software?. Sighting scope is in a terrible position. Seems impossible to use and I see that other sighting scopes usually have a prism which allows viewing by people with normal head sizes!!!

Years later and still used regularly
This was purchased for my child and he loves it. He could sit in the local nature reserve and see stars clearly. Years later it is still in excellent working order and is still used regularly

Excellent for young people
It's very easy to set up ect, but doesn't seem to magnify stars/moon enuff for my liking. Having said that for a young boy it be ideal as it's robust and easy to use.

Als b-product/retourproduct gekocht bij Amazon. Maar deze had niet verkocht mogen worden. Kwam niet netjes aan. Open doos, rondslingerend product.

Kratery) to trzeba dokupic osobno soczewke 4-6mm.
