This harness is really a little vest and it is soft without sharp edges that could be uncomfortable for my cat. It is adjustable with Velcro closures, but also has clips on adjustable straps in addition to the Velcro to make the closures more secure. I doubt that most animals could get out of this vest. The fabric is cute and has a little lace trim to make it even more adorable, plus it is well constructed. I love this kitty vest!

My cat hates the vest. She won’t walk when it’s on and acts as if something is holding her down. Pretty pointless. I also wish it came in cuter designs.

Neck was entirely too big while the chest was too small even though i went exactly by the measurement chart provided.The design is super cute and very sturdy though it does have a very strong smell fron the warehouse.I returned this item and was issued a full refund. Shipping was easy and fast, both ways.
