We bought this for our daughter. She loves Chromebooks because of her experience with them at school, so she requested a Chromebook for Christmas instead of a PC. I wasn't expecting much of anything out of this thing because I knew the price that I paid. I was sooooo wrong. I purchased it in "Excellent Condition" and it lives up to that. It looks brand new in every way. It also came significantly earlier than expected. I would recommend the seller any day. In terms of performance, I've tested out some of her favorite apps. It's more than capable of any streaming service, and it was able to run some of the most difficult Roblox games without issue. It does take a little longer to load some things, but that was expected. The touchscreen is very accurate and responsive. The screen also folds back completely, giving a tablet option (if you're looking for that). Honestly, I'm so excited to give this to her. Now that I know it's not a "well this is the best we could do" kind of thing, I'm confident that she'll be in love with it. If you're on the market for a budget Chromebook with good performance, just trust that this has all of the things you'll need. Ok this is laptop 3 out of 4 that I bought from this seller December of last year I think. The first two are perfect and i couldn’t have asked for them to be better. The fourth hasn’t gotten here yet lol HOWEVER this one is stupid sometimes, the screen is weird and won’t work in the most random moments and it is a bit slow. Likes to delete Roblox. I don’t really mind though. As a homeschooler of 5 children it works great for schoolwork and for the price? My kids can learn to be annoyed with grace. It’s fine lol Battery life is great, perfect for school

Received item and it looks and acts brand new! I bought as an “excellent” condition item and it’s more like “brand new without box”. Touchscreen worked great. I was surprised it was a folding style one that converts it into a tablet style look. I’m sure it may of said it in description but I’m always worried about reviews, condition, and most importantly price. NOT disappointed at all!!! With this particular laptop I’d have to definitely recommend and buy from again. Had to contact seller, which ended up with nothing to do with them or their product, and they responded very promptly.

We received 2 of these. The computers were not wiped clean and had not undergone a factory reset. Amazon support could not assist as the "manager" of the computers would have to be notified for a password to reset. These were registered and managed by a random school district, which Amazon instructed us to call and see if they could help. No thanks - I just processed a return. Highly suspect.
