Nowadays I am trying to be healthy. So, I am looking for the recipes that requires less oil. So, steamy recipes are on top of my list! Idli is one of them. We do not have Indian grocery shops nearby. Plus I can't make the idli mix powder at home. So, I went for this one. Not bad. But I will tend to buy the Rava (semolina) ones instead of rice one.

Mtr Dosa mix could possibly make you more happier, this is fine too
Liked it though, I found mtr dosa mix to be making better idli than idli mix which is sort of strange! You need to add curd as per the instructions to get that sour batter taste. Buy this as well as dosa mix and make idlis with both and see which you you like more.Amazon sells this for less price compared to other sellers, so buy it when you find the price cheaper.
