I got this supplement for my daughter. She was diagnosed with fat in the liver. She has been taking it for about 2 weeks now.The pill is very easy to swallow because it's so small and there's no after taste.I still don't know if it is helping until her next blood work. So my review is based on the facts I mentioned: easy to swallow, no after taste and the fact that there are two months worth of treatment per bottle.

This does well enough for reducing signs of aging, but wasn't especially overwhelming.

Vitamins, minerals and trace elements are very important for the human body and should be included in the daily diet. But in my case I don't eat fruits and vegetables etc. every day to give my body what it needs. That's where this little booster comes into my game. Whenever I've thought this is one of those days and I can't give my body the important things it needs, I use one of these supplements. This type of extra dose is not a bad idea, especially for people such as smokers or athletes, but should not replace a healthy diet in everyday life! That's why it's called a dietary supplement!
