An agri-tourism center in the Upper Tantallon location along with a retail shop sees in excess of 30,000 visitors a year.Pure maple syrup is 66% sugar and 34% water. Once the remaining water is removed from maple syrup you are left with just pure maple sugar. Acadian Maple maple sugar is made using a highly innovative technological process which dehydrates the pure maple sugar and delivers delicious and crunchy pure maple sugar.

Wonderful
Love it! Tastes like maple syrup (ofcourse) but a little goes a long way. The tub lasted me for months and months whereas the same price of maple syrup lasts a few weeks.

Tasty and although it’s expenisve, you don’t need a lot
Great substitute for refined sugar. Used it in scones and cakes and biscuits - just remember to only use between 1/3 - 1/2 of what the recipe asks for in refined sugar.
