210PCS contains almost all of the items of 160PCS. But 210PCS has two Instant Cold Compress, and 160PCS has one. 210PCS has Eyewash and some other items that 160 PCS doesn't has. I think 160 PCS is enough for household use. If you want to buy a more professional first aid kit, you can choose the 210PCS.

The items in this first aid kit are useful?

I found the items very useful. Some you would only use in a serious injury but it is nice to know you have it just in case you need it. I supplemented my bag with extra plasters, safety pins, paracetamol, anti histamine etc and now it is perfect.

Where are you planning going...outback in Australia? I am sure it works (I have not tried) but keep a fully charged phone with you at all times when travelling. :)
