Full disclosure: I am a good friend of Rachel. This is a book written by someone who cares deeply about people, and in particular young women. It provides clear, practical and experience-tested advice on how to live an authentic and joyful life.

Bought as gifts for my 13 year old daughter and niece. They love it. Great book, set out in easy to read chapters that you can dip in and out of when life calls for it!

Really useful book as you would expect from Rachel Gardener. I have bought this to see how it fits with "Cherished" and will now a few more copies for the girls in our Youth Group. Would recommend
