Our Golden Retriever is devastating to stuffed animals. Lenny was (with emphasis on the was) supposed to be a durability scale of 9 (out of 10). He did last longer than the Lion - with a durability rating of 7 - but the lion lasted less than 10 minutes before the stuffing and squeaker was being pulled out. Lenny lasted longer, about 10 hours total time, with maybe an hour of serious attack time. His ears were gone within 10 minutes, and by the morning of day two, he too was having the stuffing pulled out. Maybe the unstuffed toys from VIP will last longer. Our dog uses her front teeth to pull at the fabric until she can create a tear. She did enjoy it - so that's why it got a "3", but we have to find something else, she manages to extract every bit of stuffing from these stuffed animals. Lenny ended up inside out! Oh well. Maybe they will want to test a tougher stuffed animal with her. The videos with the "tough" zoo animals just don't compare to the devastation a 2 year old golden retriever can do!

This is the first year my eight year old golden retriever has had stuffed toys that lasted more than an hour. We first purchased a Mighty Dog Toy Chipmunk. The oldest looks pretty shabby, but has lasted nine months now. A second chipmunk looks better. The leopard is the newest one we have given her and she loves it. There are fewer seems than on the chipmunk, so I haven't even had to do any mending!

It looks good, but it’s the hardest so-called plush dog toy I’ve ever seen. You can’t throw it in a game of catch because it’s hard enough to hurt a dog if it hits them. NO SQUEAKER as advertised!

My Standard Poodle puppy, and her full grown sister love this cutie. They steal it from one another. It's very durable for a large breed.

My golden retriever had the tail off in a very short time. It is filled with stuffing. I must have misunderstood the toughness part. The ring, from the same company, is great, no problem so far with the ball either . . . just this leopard!

Our small dog had the stuffing pulled out of this toy in about 15 minutes. Not very durable at all.

This stuffed animal came with the smell of hamster bedding. I also bought the large version. It is an awesome purchase. However the jr ones are very easy to shred. If your dog likes to chew at all this jr toy will be dead in less than 5 minutes. Stick with the larger versions by Mighty. They hold up.

I give this toy 3.5 stars because it is really just a stiff stuffed leopard which didn't do much for my two active and interactive dogs (German Shepherd and Lab). It is very well made but 'Lenny' came with one squeaker located on his back that wasn't very squeaky so he didn't have much appeal to my dogs.It made of material that is very dense and tightly woven. It is a heavy toy that would probably work best for a medium to large breed as I have had smaller breeds over at our home that couldn't carry toys half this size. It has a chew-guard rating of nine and while it does seem durable my lab has destroyed almost every toy we have presented her so time will tell! (I will update if Lenny doesn't survive)Also - we ordered the 'Large' size which is supposed to be 18 inches which the one I received certainly isn't so I measured it and even if I am being very generous it is only 14
