Great customer service, couple of broken pieces but replaced after shown pictures, thank you!

We had so much fun GingerBening. Following reviews are accurate about the pasting gel as it wasn't thick enough and too watery. BUT you can buy supplies to make your own. One piece was broken, but I pasted it together. Use rubber bands to keep the wall together and put stabilizers (water bottle/aluminum foil) being the "walls", give it 24 hours to set. You should also buy additional candies for more decorations. We loved the kit.

The instructions for making ‘glue’ are not effective and it says to add more water than needed. We had to add icing sugar to get consistency back to needed.The bags with icing sugar had broken during transport presumably, so product was covered in icing all over.Otherwise doable. Tastes good

Treated my granddaughters to this.Arrived in very small packaging. The product hasn’t been made up yet but wouldnt buy it again, seem cheaper in shops.

Kids loved this. We had a great time. Instructions suggest it'd take days and days... we did it all in an hour or so.Fun activity but nothing amazing

I was SO disappointed with this product - the size of the pieces that were supposed to make up the tower didn’t match - they were all so imprecise there were massive gaps between walls making it impossible for it to stand, or be straight enough to attach the clock piece. This was a total waste of money and a massive disappointment for my 8yr old niece.

It was very cute, however terrible quality, sadly, as the icing did not harden, it was watery and some of the pieces arrived broken and the other broke too easily.
