The pills are large but my dog likes the taste (and if your dog us picky put peanut butter on them they should take it fine) They work really well, My vet says my dogs kidneys and blood levels are so good now that we can change getting blood work done every 6 months to once a year now I’ll definitely buy them again

These are not small nor do they smell good. My dog would not eat them out of my hand or in a pill pocket. But I just smash it up and mix it in with his food and he eats. Now for their purpose, my dog was diagnosed in dec with stage 2 kidney disease creatine was 2.0 and Bun was high 40s. We decided to give them the holidays to eat as he wanted and then we would flip to kidney friendly diet and supplements. In Jan we started with royal canine renal dry F mixed with 1/4 can of Royal Canine wet D. With it he gets this supplement and coenzyme q10 from vetri science. We did level check about a week ago his creatine dropped to 1.1 and BUN was 25. So much better thee vet was extremely impressed. These work they my not bee small or smell good but they help any dog battling kidney problems.

As you can see in the picture, every single pill is very enlarged and there is dust and partial pills below this top portion. You can see desecators amidst the pills but somehow it looks like these pills were around moisture at some point to make them enlarge like this and particulate. When you touch the pills they fall to dust. There is a somewhat fishy smell to them as well. I have ordered these pills since 2018 and have not had any problem. I see there are quite a few buyers that have had the same problem since 2021. I’m very surprised because Vetriscience is a good company and this product has always been good for my dogs but they will not be eating this bottle.

Holy crap these pills are huge. How am I supposed to get my dog to eat this? It's too big to disguise within anything. What an absolute ripoff. These are useless to me. And they aren't chewable, there is nothing about their flavor, or smell that would make your dog want to eat these. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!! There has to be a better made brand, that are smaller and easier to give to your dog.
