Mega Drive Classic Game Retro Console 81 Built-In Games

Great product and value for money, took me back to my youth.

Got the product for my dads Fathers Day this year. Please be aware that you don't get 80 Mega Drive games with this system, it can be a bit misleading that way unless you read the full description, there is 40 mega drive games and 40 arcade games, which for the price is still a very good deal. plugged it in and it worked fine. Games all load fine and we also have bought original Mega Drive games which have worked flawlessly with the system also. Only negative about this product is the wireless controllers, they are of very poor technology, they miss out button presses all the time and are very unreliable, if you are going to buy this, there should be a suggestion to buy wired controllers with it, spend the extra money and get these, as they work amazingly well. Glad I did in the first instance. so 4/5 for this, purely because of the wireless controller issue.

Bought this as a treat for myself. Great to play a lot of the old games again and even enjoyed the old graphics! Something isn't quite right with the sound though, things sound a bit different than I remember, but that doesn't take away from the experience. All my old mega drive cartridges play on it too, so that's good. I found the controllers a bit strange (slightly unresponsive), so I plugged in my ones from my mega drive and this felt much more familiar and seemed to work better. Wish there was a slightly wider selection of games- ie. it would have been nice to see things like James Pond, Toki, Castle of Illusion etc. There are a lot of fighting/battle games which maybe people loved but I find a bit boring. Overall though, a neat little console for retro gamers... and great for a rainy day or to pass a couple of hours here and there.

I don't normally give any feedback but this was a brilliant piece of kit so felt I had to. Best thing about it was how easy it was to install. I don't have the best of luck with technology but it went of without a hitch. Now I can play all my sega games that didn't work on my 3-1 console :) thank you.

Was really excited when i received one of these as a christmas present, havent played mega drive in a long time and was excited by some of the titles on the box but.... it wasnt to last, sound is bad, i mean im sure an old nokia 3310 could output better sound than this. The wireless controllers supplied are just pointless since even sitting less than a metre away it loses signal alot and i MEAN ALOT!!, you could be playing a game and it just loses signal for seemingly no reason, need to make sure nothing is blocking the way but even then it happens all the time not just now and again which i could put up with, its simply frustrating, some games are 2 player and some arent, you have to go through the games itself to see if its supported which i dont understand why some games support it and some do not. This just seems like a good idea that the developers obviously just chucked out without any real testing, ive just download an emulator for my laptop and going to play the games on their instead im sure i will have better luck with that. If you want to waste your money just to spend most of the time smashing the controller buttons so close to the console you might as well sit on it then its right up your street. My advice say well clear.

It has a very bad quality of graphics very blurred not worth £70 it has all the games just in the poorest quality

Bought this for a Christmas gifted for someone and as its only November I can't write a review based on how well it works yet. On how it looks . It looks great All is there and it was delivered quick but it came with no brown amazon box and only the saga box and as I was out on the attempted first delivery and it had to go back to royal mail I would of preferred for people not to no what my parcel was.

I bought this for my sons 8th birthday and he loves it! It works well, really good games installed. Would recommend to anyone who loves the older games.

Salut à tous amis old school gamers ;) j'en entendu parler de la sortie de la Mini Nes Classic par le biais d'un amis au mois de septembre et puis je l'ai donc réservé (excellente NES d'ailleurs) devant attendre trois mois, je décidé d'acheter la Mini Magadrive Classic en attendant et je n'ai pas été déçu!!! contrairement au grand nombre de bêtise que j'ai pu lire ici et qui m'a fait un peu hésiter...la console fonctionne très bien par rapport aux deux autres versions précédentes et récente (Le premier Pack avec 60 jeux") ( le second Pack 80 jeux avec les Mortal Kombat) Ce Pack ci, dont ont parle est le troisième et dernier Pack du 25ème anniversaire sortie,le 80 jeux avec Virtual Fighter 2 et apparemment d'après les nombreux commentaire que j'ai pu éplucher sur divers site de gamers, c'est la meilleur version, car il y'a le moins de bug et la plupart des anciennes cartouche Megadrive passe je confirme,mais pas toute ex: NBA Jam ne fonctionnait pas pour ma part mais double dragon 2 fonctionne et tout les autre jeux que j'avais passait sans problème. Bref le rapport qualité prix est là!! avec deux manettes sans fil ( 2 piles LR6 ) et une console incluant 35 bon jeux Megadrive et 45 jeux de merde (non Sega) qui plairont peut être à certain d'entre vous.Vous passerez à coup sur de bons moments accompagné de plusieurs effet "Madeleine de Proust" garantie!!! convient à toute les tranches d'âge ( de 7 à 60 ans) j'ai pour ma part 35 ans... Je vous est mis une petite photo ou deux, de mon poste opérationnel de combat "old school gamers" avec ma Mini Nes et ma Mini Megadrive, le combat Sega VS Nintendo continue puisque Sega propose deux manettes sans fil, port cartouche et 80 jeux (dont environ 35 jeux Sega) et Nintendo une console avec prise HDMI ce que ne fait pas la Sega (mais ce problème peut être vite réglé grâce à un adaptateur péritel vers HDMI) avec 30 grands classiques . Si vous avez des question n'hésitez pas amis gamers ;)

Arrivato il pacco lo apro e trovo subito la prima sorpresa, il cavo di alimentazione é inglese. Vado a comprare un adattatore. Accendo e seconda sorpresa, i pad nn funzionano. Solo dopo svariati tentativi funzionano a tratti. Metto i pad col filo, terza sorpresa, li legge una volta su 10. Le poche volte che uno dei pad ha funionato é sorto il problema del cambio gioco, per cambiare gioco devi resettare la console e a quel punto il pad smette nuovamente di funzionare. Restituito. Sconiglio l'acquisto.

This console is awesome; everything about this console is great. Rather than a big, long story of paragraphs, I will list some key points. CONSOLE: The console itself is great; it has 80 built-in games (40 Sega Genesis games and 40 homebrew games like "Chess" and "Cross The Road"). The console has two controller ports just in case you prefer wired controllers better the the wireless controllers it comes with. The console also has a cartridge slot on the top of the unit so you can play even more games (not all Sega Genesis game cartridges will work with this unit, this is something to bear in mind). CONTROLLERS: This unit comes with two wireless infrared controllers that takes two AAA batteries (not included), you will also need a small Phillips screwdriver to remove the battery hatch. The screw isn't necessary to keep the battery hatch secured to the controller so you can use the screw for something else. The infrared is very precise and I have had no lag or input delay at all, so don't let the type of wireless signal put you off from buying this device. The D-pad is one of the best D-pads on any controller I have ever used! The D-pad rocks with your fingers and it feels so natural. The controller has six action buttons and they feel really nice to push, the controller also feels nice in the hands. VIDEO AND SOUND: The video looks alot better than it does on the older Sega Genesis models and gameplay is very smooth. The sound sounds very good aswell and no delay or slowdown in the video or sound. The sound is only in mono sadly but it still sounds very good. Over all, this is a very cool console that is worth every penny.

Un auténtico viaje a la época de los 90, para los que en aquella época tomábamos primer contacto con las video consolas es imprescindible!!!. Su tamaño reducido es ideal y sus mandos WiFi todo un acierto. Los juegos que decir, plataformas, carreras, luchas .... Ideal para un regalo para los más pequeños de la casa o simplemente como un regalo para los más nostálgicos !!!! 100% recomendable , por otra parte como siempre Amazon un 10 por la calidad del servicio en general.
