Good summary of easy to implement tips and tricks to successfully manage a variety of meetings and situations. For me, an excellent reminder of the meeting management skills I used years ago and drifted away from. Very easy read. Definitely recommend for the price.

Offers useful tools for convening meetings and following up on tasks after the meeting. Started using some of the tools and I find them helpful.

Information does not deserve the whole book - the book will be better off if there will be a summary.

Implemented many of the points and seeing a difference in meetings.

Very helpful tips but feel not will apply depending on the field of work your'e in unless you have the power to enforce some of the rules in this book. Regardless, you learn great tips to manage difficult situations and making meetings effective and efficient.

j'ai acheté le livre neuf, mais celui que j'ai reçu n'était clairement pas neuf.

After cleaning with a wet cloth..the book looks very old with dark spots on the front and back cover..not at all impressed.See if this can be replaced with a newer copy pls.Thanks!
