Does this work directly with Google home?

Hi, you will need a Zigbee gateway. Aqara sell a gateway. Then you can use an Alexa skill to interface for motion detection or use another gateway like home assistant and zigbee2mqtt

Can I use this to trigger Alexa routines?

Yes you can just add the Aqara skill in Alexa and once it’s discovered the hub and sensors you can assign them in routines as needed.

Do these support Matter?

This version does not support matter. They connect via zigbee to an Aqara hub or you can get your own zigbee dongle and connect via raspberry oi to homebridge for example using deconz software
