Q: what's the temperature range

I just ordered this and the range is only 120-170f which does not match the product description. I really needed it to be lower for an experiment.

Q: can this heating pad be used for knees and writs...can it bend to support

Yes it can bend, and you can also wet the outside fabric that holds the heating pad itself to get moist heat. I love this heating pad because you can set it to how hot you want it and it'll maintain the heat for an hour. To use on your knees I would put it around my knees and put something like a towel over it to keep it in place, but it will work, you won't be disappointed

Q: can the time of use be programed for 30 min.

Yes it can. You can program it down to the minute with the max being 59 minutes and same thing with the temp.. You can adjust it to the exact temp that works for you. I LOVE this heating pad for that reason
