The LG unit is what i expect from Lg and we really enjoy it. Becareful about mounting space
Fantastic unit checked on pricing local and on amazon found one company for $700. Got the unit and it was missing the mounting plate and was an open box unit with dust so it was sitting on a shelf. Called supplier and he offered me $300 off

WORST Customer Service EVER...!!
The exhaust fan wouldn't turn off, so I called LG, then they sent a technician over and he said my electrical outlet wasn't grounded properly and that's why it wouldn't shut off. I then had an electrician come and check the outlet and he said it was fine but fairly old so I replaced the outlet and plugged the microwave back in. A week later the exhaust fan wouldn't shut off again. I called LG and have called them every day for two weeks with no resolution!! They keep saying a "Presidential Customer Care" person would call and then they started saying did you receive a call from them yesterday or the day before that?! Unbelievable, I'm on the phone right now and some lady is claiming she is working on my refund but I've been on hold for over 30 minutes!! Now she's saying they tried to email me and I've got nothing...!!
