A really malty, good quality beer kit.
Makes a wonderful malty brew with a bitter/hoppy finish, cuts through a thirst like a hot knife through butter.Can be tricky to pour due to voluminous head. Best serves chilled. 2 bottles of this and i've got a lovely warm beer-grin.Done three of these kits now. try to keep fermentation temperature constant around 21 degrees C else your beer may go cloudy when you chill it. This has NO effect on taste, merely aesthetics. This is due to proteins created during fermentation coagulating at lower temps.
