Your friends will explode with envy.
I first saw this movie when i was 18. Every time i showed it to a friend ( i had the foresight to record it on video) they were blown away by its unconventional dyamics. Stunning visuals smoothly edged by Philip Glass's trippy score make it a ' must have' if you value originality and if you love this Planet. There is a deeper message here heralded by all its glorious facets. I absolutely had to get a copy on blue ray and my ex girlfriend has already ' borrowed it'. Ha ha ha.

Weird, but interesting.
A friend recommend this to me, and although I had no idea what it was about, I watched it and enjoyed the experience. I found it very relaxing.

An intelligent observation of the human condition
Stunning camera work, especially given it's age. . Only Philip Glass could score the soundtrack. . Ageless. . . The overall meaning will always be relevant.

A film of no equal
A collection of images, music that is trance like. Amazing. I can still remember the first time l watched it being in awe of it. My only disappointment.... This is crying out to be remastered

One of the most iconic art films ever made
Inspired by an earlier Situationist film, Koyaanisqatsi is a must-see for all students of the arts and film. Almost hypnotic, the music and imagery blend together to create a kind of altered state of mind where you become very inspired.Note: the version with German writing on the cover has very occasional German subtitles.

Bad picture quality
This film is great but do not buy it on Blu ray as it is awful picture quality.Got it on dvd a couple of years ago and the dvd is better picture quality than the Blu-ray
