Is this ok for quail chicks

Not sure we used it for Silkie chicks and it was fine so I would think it should b fine for quails the height is adjustable so it will go down far enough

Not really more than 10 as they grow or 15 as first week or two.

What is the maximum height that it can be set at? And is it suitable for ducklings

I have ducklings under it at present. It won't take 20 for sure, I have 13 ducklings aged 2-3 weeks and it works provided the ambient temp doesn't get too low, I would need to provide another heat source if it were very very cold for sure.
