Unreliable delivery by Amazon.
The product works extremely well. This comment refers to the delivery, which claims to have “handed to a resident” which is completely untrue. It was left outside the door and nobody rang the bell yet again.

No use on a pre-existing infestation but works for PREVENTION
Doesn't contain insecticide which I hadn't realised! No use for getting rid of an infestation thats already there. But works for prevention and is safe for dusting on chickens. To get rid of an existing infestation, use Nettex Lice Powder!

excellent stuff for my chickens who were having problems with mites. A lot of Lucy's feathers were gone from her tummy. I brushed this on and a week later the feather had come back. It is a miracle product.
