I thought they were a little high on cost when I purchased them but they did the job.Only downside; now the cost is even higher.Will have to find a seller with a larger bulk purchasing price as this one only has 200 in a package and I'm sure a commercial dealer will sell several thousand for far less per piece.Again, product did the job!

I used over 100 of these washers to install some 1-inch thick Owens Corning FOAMULAR NGX F-150. I read another review where the reviewer commented that many of them broke. I had one break when I was tired and I very obviously drove the Tapcon screw too far. I was driving with Ridgid 12V driver, which was the perfect tool for the job, IMHO. Client was delighted as was his GC.

Showed up the next day and these washers will work great for my needs. Installing Rockwool to the bottom side of 2x6 T&G subfloor.

As described, works well.

After trying several brands of capnails and swearing like a sailer i looked around for other ideas. Came across these and its been smooth installations ever since. Pictured is 2" foam (3" screws through these)

I bought 3 different styles of washer for installing some foam board to exterior sheathing. I liked these best for how the screw fit and how the screw head flushed up on the washer. With that said, I wish these were a little stronger, it seemed to easy to snap them into two by over tightening the screw if I held my gun trigger a hair too long.I would buy these again over the other 2 styles I tried, but I would just like them a bit more if they were a little stronger.

This is a good product, works exactly as needed.
