Love the fabric, color, size and organizing features - only time will tell on durability
I love the size - bigger than a purse, but not a full size laptop type bag. Nice compartments and pockets for organizing things. Comfortable handles and over the shoulder strap. I love the colors. Nice, durable fabric, strong enough to stand up on its own so far. Only a portion of the back was folded to pack, so I've put a heavy notebook in there to hang and straighten that out. So many purses and bags are packaged poorly here, so they arrived looking crumpled and bent. So far, this one is looking pretty good.My only wish is that the zippers were made of metal. I suspect these plastic ones might give out. Clasps and rings look okay, but these on Chinese products (I'm assuming that's where it was made - listing does not say) are made with softer metal alloy findings that are subject to breakage. Time will tell. Will update if so.

Sturdy, Roomy Bag. Just what I needed.
Iโve been looking for a bag that I could carry lots of stuff in without it feeling big and bulky. This is it! I think this one is going to last me forever. It is made of a stiff canvas type material that makes it perfect for keeping things secure and neat. I love carrying my Bible, Bible journaling tools and even my purse inside! There are lots of pockets both inside and out. Iโm in love with it. It has two handles and one adjustable strap for easy carrying. I think if you are like me and need a compact bag that will carry lots of things you will love it too.

Noce canvas tote
I love all the pockets. At first glance, I wasn't sure my laptop would fit; this is narrower than other totes I've had. Luckily, it fit fine.

Great laptop bag with easy access outside pockets
This bag is so cute, I got the version with all the extra pockets and I'm so glad I did. It's spacious without being huge and bulky, and it easily fits my 14" chromebook. The zipper is set down a little lower than the sides of the bag, so if necessary you can overpack it and carry more things without zipping it closed. So far no issues with the shoulder straps or the hand straps. I would say the only drawback is that inside the bag there is only one smallish pocket that zips closed, so not much for organization inside the bag, but I keep keys and other items in all of the outside pockets for easy access. The outside zipper pockets on the front are taller than expected and spacious, and would definitely fit a larger cell phone if you found the side pockets with velcro were not big enough for your phone. I typically carry my small purse inside of this bag so I don't have a lot of small items floating around the bottom. Love the color, too, it's casual but much nicer looking than a backpack or some of the other canvas shoulder bags/messenger bags I've seen.

Roomy - Wish It Had a Sturdier Bottom
Very roomy with great storage capacity. I wish the bottom was sturdier. I wanted to use it to carry a thermos and mug, but will just use it as as oversized purse instead.

Know which one you're ordering
there are two different bags on this page (the ones on the left, which say 'double handles with 7" drop' when you click the size button; and the ones on the right which say 'double handles with 9" drop'), so it's a bit confusing trying to figure out which comments apply to each bag. I bought both styles and the major differences were:1) the 9" drop bag is about one and a half to two inches wider at the top than the 7" one; doesn't seem like much but it made a surprisingly big difference in the look of the bag. if you look at the pictures for each style, you'll see the difference2) the 9" drop bag has more zippered sections and pockets than the 7" drop one; it also has a cool key string for easy access.3) the 9" drop bag was more of a charcoal grey than black, which may have just been a dye lot variation. or not. They're both great bags for the price, so just choose which features are most important to you. I'm fairly small and the 9" handle-drop bag overwhelmed me, so I kept the 7" (slightly smaller) one, which is still VERY roomy. The fabric on both was good quality, thick but not stiff, and the stitching looks solid. I'll update if it doesn't hold up well, but this is a good-looking utility bag, perfect for 95% of my casual life.

Great "Handbag of Holding" replacement!
I have been looking for a few years for a handbag/purse/whatever to replace my "Handbag of Holding" I bought from ThinkGeek 10+ years ago that finally just completely bit the dust about a year and a half ago. I even bought fabric to fix that bag but decided that was just silly.I've bought multiple bags on Amazon and they were all wrong for different reasons. The most recent before this was a fairly nice bag and had lots of pockets but was ridiculously floppy and hard to just reach in and find something. This one, however... I got excited when I first opened it to find a stiff canvas material, a flat bottom (cardboard likely but that's what they all are), and lots of pockets, including some I didn't know were there until I started showing the hubby who could not give a flip (but will be happy if it works just so I quit complaining about it). My Samsung Galaxy S3 (9.7") tablet fits in the padded, velcro flap pocket with room to spare so if you have something bigger you've got the space. My LG G6 phone fits in the outside side pocket securely and easily. There are 4 extra-large pockets (about 8" deep by 12" wide, one with zipper, one with velcro and the tablet padded pocket with a fold over velcro strap), 1 large pocket (about 6" deep by 9" wide), 6 medium pockets (about 6' deep by 4-5" wide, two with zippers), 3 small pockets (about 4" by 4", two with zippers and one of the zipped pockets being behind the no zipper pocket) and 3 pen pockets. Also has a long key holder strap thing. Could easily pull out the key hook and open a door without unhooking the keys. The lining is not a thin satin lining, it's more of a thinnish canvas/cotton? I think it'll hold up well. The only downside I'd see is it has one of those "still open at the ends" top whole purse zipper but as I don't zip up the top of my purse anyway it won't bother me.I'll edit this review after I've had it a while to update on it's durability. I have high hopes, though, and I'm seriously considering buying 3 more so I never have to do this hunt again!Update: I still love this bag and bought a second one but today the edge of the purse got caught in the door when I was closing it and the hook just broke! Obviously not metal which is disappointing. I'm going to have use the strap from the other purse and it's a different color so that's going to not look good. (The gray one broke, the new one I bought is brown)Other than that it's in good shape and has handled the abuse I put a purse through. Just be sure to be a little careful with the hooks attaching the long strap.Second update, 4 years later and the purse is still in rather good shape. But, once again, the hook for the strap broke just wearing it (I never unhook it so it's not like it's getting use being opened and closed). I'm looking for a replacement strap as I don't want yet another purse with no strap, so I'll just buy a few replacements and be done with it.

Poor quality, wouldn't buy again.
When I first got this bag for work, I thought it was perfect. Perfect size and number of pockets, not very expensive, etc. The last time I bought a work bag was about 15 years ago from Target. It was canvas and had lasted wonderfully, until the canvas finally started to wear thin from use. This bag however, despite being a sturdy canvas, began to fall apart fairly quickly. It IS the perfect size for going back and forth to work, and the pockets are great. On the downside, the should/cross-body strap doesn't stay to where you slide the length to. It is constantly loosening back up, making the strap extremely long. I have to readjust pretty much every time I pick it up. In addition, the clips that hold the strap broke pretty immediately. Just snapped off. So I ordered carabiners and used those. The bag was still workable. Carabiners fastened the strap on securely, still had the annoyance of having to adjust the length every time I picked it up to go, but oh well. THEN, the zipper broke. As I was trying to zip the top, it split open from the part already zipped. So I tried to unzip and redo and then the entire zipper pull/close mechanism came completely off, so now it is impossible to zip. This bag made it through one semester of work (I'm a teacher) and with a lot of hassle along the way. I have bought a Lands End bag on sale and am waiting (zipper wide open) for it to arrive. Hopefully the paying a bit extra will be worth the money.
