I’ve been very pleased with this product. My GP wanted me to take a D3 supplement but the prescription level caps she prescribed were not covered by my insurance and were expen$ive! I was delighted to discover the needed 50,000 unit dosage available through Amazon at a substantial savings and subsequent blood panels have proven that it’s an efficient delivery vehicle - my D3 levels are being maintained easily.

Proof it works! I started taking this 3 months ago and my vitamin D levels have sky rocketed! During winter months I usually get pretty bad seasonal depression but this year I haven’t! And it’s so nice only having to take 1 pill per week and they’re very small in size! I don’t usually write reviews but this needs to be talked about! Overall amazing amazing ! Get it!

This item arrived as shown and described on the amazon page, will consider to have as a permanent product because it is showing better results than my previous vitamins, doctor recommended it to me and it was worth it, so as I said might consider this a replacement for my other product/vitamin.

This review is long overdue. And, I usually write reviews only when I feel the item really merits it. To be honest it has been a few weeks since I started taking these vitamins in a weekly basis. I have missed one or two weeks of taking it, but wanted to say what a difference it has made in my overall stamina!! I used to suffer from a lot of fatigue and it was affecting my overall mood..But, before I let it get any worse I remember that my doctor had told me that my vitamin D level was low but I found it strange since I was taking 5000 IU on a regular basis and live in sunny Florida. I decided to go for a higher amount after watching a You Tube video. I also found that some people have found it helpful taking one vitamin bi-weekly instead of weekly. I also remember Its only one for the entire week NOT one everyday. :) This amount my not be for everyone but it surely has helped me tremendously!! I started noticing a difference within a few days and I knew in my heart it had been these vitamins. I usually like researching vitamins or supplements first and after all of the reviews and reading I decided for this one and happy I did!! I also love the size how small and mighty it is for me!! I have never gotten paid for any reviews so this is my honest personal experience. I will continue using this brand and my family too :) which by the way they also loved and I share it with them since the bottle brings a lot. God bless.
