What is the biggest pot I can use this on.Will it work on a 8 quart pan?

Hi, I've used it on a 10 quart dutch oven. You just need to measure the depth and width of your pots. 6 - 12 inches in diameter, 3 - 9 inches in depth. I love mine so much I purchased a second one.

Are there any plans to introduce a stainless steel stirrer as an available option?

Yes, we are about to introduce the new stirrer which is made of wood and stainless steel. It will work with pot sizes from 1 Quart up to 6 Gallons. It will be on Amazon soon. Thank you.

How long is the paddle that touches the bottom? Will it touch all of the bottom of my 12" diameter pot, or will the center be left untouched?

The all stainless steel OMNI-XL stirrer attachment stirs 12' deep pots. It stirs pots as large as 5 Gallos. Available on Amazon.
