Upon receiving the phone case, one of the buttons on the case was missing, which was a little annoying. After I emailed the company with picture evidence of the case, they immediately emailed back and within a few business days, sent a replacement case for free. The new case has no issues and I'm very happy with the quality of the case. No problems so far. Great value for the case.

This would be perfect if it fit the iPhone XS. Unfortunately, the camera slot it too high and the case bulges against the lens housing. I took my Dremel and made the camera hole in the case just a touch larger, and now it fits fine. At the low price for this case, it was worth a little surgery.

This is a well-built cover. The leather appears to be of high quality. I am a little disappointed that the leather doesn't seem to take on oils and change color as a result, but most would probably consider this to be a perk. Also, the buttons are almost more of an orange color than brown, but do a good job of matching the color of the leather.

The camera cutout doesn't fit properly for the iPhone XS. The craftsmanship of the case itself was great. The leather looked and felt really nice. Would definitely recommend to the X, but it's a no-go for the XS.UPDATE: Shortly after my original review iATO customer service reached out and offered me their “Leather & Wood Case for iPhone XS”. This new case is beautiful and fits like a glove. Great quality case and awesome customer service from iATO. Would recommend that case for you iPhone XS.

A bit disappointed. The material is nice and the price is great. Problem is that this is designed for the X and not the XS. The camera placement is slightly different between the two and and this case doesn’t fit right.

Low quality

In advance of my new iPhone X I ordered an official Apple leather case, and this leather case. The Apple case was not quite as well made as I was expecting, mainly because there were ripples and creases on the corners where the leather has been pulled around. The first thing I can honestly say is that I think this iATO case is made to a higher quality finish when comparing the two.So, onto the review: I chose brown, and as you will see from the pictures the colouring is very nice, not too dark and not too light. The cutout of the case matches the official Apple case exactly and the quality of the leather is very nice. There is no Apple logo on the rear and there is only very small branding near the bottom of the rear, this results in a very clean looking finish. The power and volume buttons are metal and are colour coded to match the case (again like the Apple case) and the finish is of exactly the same quality. On the inside of the case there is a similar soft lining which ensures the phone is pressed tight against a soft protective material while in use.As far as negatives go I can't really think of any. I guess the real test is how the case holds up over time, but for anyone who has used an official Apple leather case can testify, they tend to degrade in appearance as time goes on (as do all cases I guess).All in all I can highly recommend this case. As someone who is very OCD when it comes to tiny defects and flaws, I can say that this case has genuinely surprised me by its excellent quality.

I’ve only used this case for 10 days and the colour is already coming off.I did not expect that to happen at all as this is ‘genuine leather’.In my experience brown coloured genuine leather gets darker over time, but the colour does not come off.This case is not worth £20.

Fits a treat; does not hamper any of the buttons - protects them in fact with their own covers; lovely to hold (does not slip out of the hand); gives a sense of luxury.

Good quality reasonable price
