This is our 3rd year on these bikes, and I am pretty happy with them overall, still running. Love the design and suspension and ability to fold it. Took it to the beach, packed sand no problem, deep sand not gonna make it but overall on the beach was success. When we go for a ride we usually just cruise on 2nd speed and the batteries holding up pretty well, usually good for 3 trips on one charge on flat roads for about 2 hours each trip. Something wrong with the wiring or the module, when beep is pressed it throws an error, fix for it is to unpress it and turn it off and disconnect the batterie, it only does that on one bike. Mountain biking is good I am 5,11 and 260lb not extreme mountains thow just with some not major up and down hills does well in 3rd speed. One thing that I did I got a good comfy seats to replace right away and all good. Still happy with this purchase paid 750 all together per each bike. So many people asked me about these bike they bring attention for sure.

The removable battery on my bike is not removable. The locking mechanism that holds the battery in the frame will not retract. When I contacted customer service about his issue, they claimed to have no record of the sale of the bike to me despite the transaction recorded here on Amazon. VVVipod is just a shell company in Hong Kong conducting business for the factory based in China. It's a decent bike but buyer beware, there's no recourse or warranty on this product if you have an issue. Therefore, 1 star.

I liked the the folding wooken wooken E bike as soon as I saw it. It is great for back country excursions and for short trips in the city. As e bikes go are not only built well, perhaps a bit underengineered in certain areas , but reliable as they are fast. The motor has been getting me around super easy even with a payload and a bike trailer and the peddle assist is very easy to use and with proper use of the power assist levels, provides you with a smooth and pleasurable ride under any conditions, so no compaints in the performace departmentt. the battery charges quite well and has proven to not only hold a decent charge but for its size gets you back and fourth for decentlly long communtes . I particularly like the feel of the suspension and the frame size even for a person who is 6'2 can ride in multiople positions and ineven in a racing posistion which will further increase your miles. All in all with so many great features and this is one of the best budget E bikes out there as far as i can see. the only drawbacks are that it doesnt come with mudflaps. and could use a beefier shock system but those can be upgraded I think. all in all I am happy with this ebike will be good to have for many years to come.

My 16-year-old son is almost 5’10”. He cannot reach the ground because the bike is too high. The other problem is that the with of handlebar is too short, so controlling the bike is a little tricky. Besides that, the bike is built very well. Thats why i am only giving 3 star Strong but not fun to ride U need to be at least 6 feet tall
