Products I have to use to see the effects first

This seems to be a good product and has most of the vitamins and minerals needed to support a healthy thyroid function. I have taken them as directed and have noticed more energy during the day, which is great for me. These vitamins are a bit less expensive than some I have seen that were developed for thyroid issues so I think they are a good buy as they seem to work well.

This is a multivitamin supplement that was designed for those with thyroid problems. It has most of the vitamins that you find in a traditional multivitamin along with several minerals that are beneficial to the thyroid, like copper, selenium, and chromium. I appreciate that it does not contain any herbal extracts that you might find in some of the less traditional multivitamin supplements as these ingredients seem to have less research data to justify their use.This supplement does not include Vitamin K1, which is the most common form of Vitamin K provided in multivitamins. Instead it comes with one of the forms of K2 (listed on the label as Vitamin K as Menaquinone-7). It is my understanding that most of us get plenty of K1 in our diets, but seniors like me are typically deficient in K2. Vitamin K2 works well for bone health in combination with the form of Vitamin D that is included - D3 (listed on the label as Vitamin D as Cholecalciferol). This is a very good supplement and I am pleased with it.

Thrilled to see that this is manufactured in the USA. I have Graves Disease and had quit taking vitamins other than Selenium and Magnesium since most supplements and especially vitamins include iodine. Also, most thyroid specific supplements are for hyPOthyroid and I have hyPERthyroid. I'm thankful for this supplement. I also have the MTHFR mutation and used to always take methylated folate, but abandoned that during the chaos of being diagnosed with Graves Disease a couple of years ago. I'm really happy with the variety of nutrients in this supplement as well as the amount of each nutrient. The only thing it is missing is magnesium, but the capsule would probably be gigantic if it also included magnesium! It doesn't exceed the daily value for any of the included nutrients other than Vitamin D being 125% DV, but I've had 2 doctors recommend a higher dose than that. I never liked taking a multi-vitamin that included 200+% DV of anything. I have labs scheduled for this coming week so I've stopped taking these until after my labwork since it includes Biotin and Biotin can throw off your thyroid lab results. But I'm thankful for this excellent blend of supplements!

This is my second purchase. The capsules are different this time - the contents are brown now instead of white. The bottle doesn’t say “new formula” or anything like that so I’m hesitant to take these now. I will try and contact the vendor not sure if I can get a refund or not. Will revise review if I find anything out.
