I've bought a few cable kits from Amazon. Many of them actually repel solder and do not last long when in situ. This stuff is very flexible, the insulation is good at resisting heat, it tins well and it is a lot more durable than anything else that I have bought so far.The reason for a 4 star is because I have used it to make a circuit where some of the wires need to move and it didn't last long. At the point where the cable moves it actually snapped inside the inulation as if it had been cut.I'm not sure if I would buy this again. If I can find cable which is more durable I will probably switch to that. Until that day I will stick with this because it is the best that I have found so far.

I purchased this to rewire my guitar with and it did the job perfectly. The heat shrink is a great addition.

I needed to rewire a couple of guitars and this was perfect. Comes in handy all the time. Converted an Arlo camera to run from DC the other day and again this wire was just right. The basic little wire strippers are very handy and I now use them all the time!

If you read the product description and make a quick decision as I did that this would be good for breadboard use then think again - the wire is multifilament and exceptionally fine. Try to push this into a breadboard and it is effectively useless.The item description really needs rewording.

Excellent quality. Easily strips and crimps. The box doubles up as a very handy dispenser too. Will definitely be buying again.
