Apple iPhone 14 Pro, 128GB, Gold - (Renewed)

A few minor scratches on volume buttons and around bezel, but otherwise excellent condition. Battery 85%. Keeps charge for a day with average use. Arrived well packaged via DPD. Used it for about a month now with no problems. Recommended.

The refurbished Apple iPhone 14 Pro is in excellent condition, works great, the price met expectations, no complaints. I'm always skeptical about used phones, I always have doubts, but not this time. My son is satisfied. Thank you.

This review relates to the "Amazon Renewed" option and not the iPhone. This really was a bad decision to purchase using the renewed route. Initially I thought this was a reasonably sensible choice given the blurb about the program and that Apple devices are generally very reliable if cared for. The phone arrived with 84% battery capacity, which was disappointing but complied with the terms of the "Renewed" small print. After 6 months use I had to have the battery replaced by Apple at a cost of £100. After 18 months, the phone developed the White Screen of Death issue rendering the phone useless. The cost to replace the screen is close to £400, so after a total outlay of £800 and 18 months of light use, I am left with a worthless paperweight. I have taken this as a very expensive lesson and bought a new phone direct from Apple. I cannot, recommend the Amazon Renewed option. Buyer beware!

Got the phone 3 days earlier, i have 0 major complaints, came with a screen protector and charger and brick, however, the audio of my phone and the microphone wasnt perfect, its muffled, but after dusting it, it sounds alright. the condition was pristine otherwise honestly, scratch free and everything. and even 95 percent battery health !

Arrived before expected delivery date, advertised as excellent condition and it is! Very pleased with product.

Delivery was quick and much sooner than estimated. The phone itself looks like a new phone and functions just as it should. Apart from the fact that is was not in its original Apple packaging, you would not know that it wasn’t a brand new item.

The day it came I was really excited because the screen and the camera on the outside looked really good, I would say even excellent condition. When taking pictures on the same day I didn’t notice anything suspicious about the camera itself. Then a day later, while looking at the pictures more closely (admiring how good the quality was) I noticed little purple dots on the pictures and video, it appeared only when that spot was bright enough to show those dots. I was stressed out for awhile reading all over internet, then decided to go to the store where they sell apple products, they ran some light tests (not software) and found nothing, I suggested them that maybe it could be something to do with laser/UV damage, they said it is possible but considering they only could do light and software tests they can’t fully say what is wrong with the lenses, but if it’s true, it can get even worse over time. I really didn’t want to send the phone back, because I already bought expensive protection for it and taking it off would mean I couldn’t use it again. But knowing that replacing a camera without apple care would cost me £500, I was very disappointed. This caused me so much unnecessary stress and tears (sensitive human as I am) that my husband said to refund it and buy it somewhere else. I was getting used to the thought that I will have those purple dots on my back camera, but when I found out it was on the front as well, I fully decided to refund it, because I mainly decided to buy the phone because of the camera quality, comparing with my Iphone 7 Plus. Long story short, I bought another phone from BackMarket and it came with barely noticeable few scratches, that I can’t even see now with the protective screen and even without, you have to look pointing it directly to the sun to actually see it. It came with 100% battery health and finally a good camera. Considering I got this phone from Amazon with 88% battery health and messed up camera, I say paying an extra £200 is worth it buying from BackMarket. (Or like I like to say BlackMarket). Overall the customer service was really good, replied fast and got my full refund without having to pay for delivery fees. So Karma point for that! I can’t say to fully avoid this seller, as buying refurbished phones are a gamble in itself, You pay less to get a used phone, and you can’t really know what you gonna get. But if you bought it from here and your situation with this phone is similar to mine, don’t overthink it, just refund it and buy it somewhere else. Best of luck <3

Ich hatte Bedenken was die Qualität der möglicherweise verwendeten Ersatzteile betrifft. ABER, nach erstem Durchsehen gibt es bei mir nichts, was ich als nicht-Apple-konforme Teile im hier gekauften IPhone 14 Pro gefunden habe. Das bedeutet bei mir, dass nichts wesentliches durch Billigteile ausgetauscht wurde, was ggf den Funktionsumfang reduzieren könnte. Selbst der Akku ist wohl noch original und hat eine Kapazität von 91% nach Apple. Im Grunde super! Lieber alt und gut, als neu und billig/schlecht! Zudem kam das Gerät ein Tag früher als angegeben, das war sehr erfreulich. Der Gesamtzustand entspricht dem was angegeben wurde. Ich habe absolut keine Macken oder Beschädigungen gefunden. Super! Bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Dopo qualche settimana di utilizzo sono rimasto sbalordito anche se avesse 84% di vita della batteria dura poco più di 24 ore utilizzo giornalmente tra social, un paio di ore youtube e più di 8 ore di gioco e riprese video di 2 ore, il telefono è stato classificato eccellente quindi non come nuovo che presenta 2 micro usure attorno al una delle tre fotocamere non visibile almeno che si usa una lente di ingrandimento in più dopo verifiche da uno esperto di riparazione di telefoni mi ha confermato che l’intero telefono e componenti sono originali apple. Sono veramente contento del acquisto e lo rifarei sempre lo stesso venditore. Ps. La batteria comunque è sostituibile all’apple store per una somma confermata di 109€ che sicuramente tra un paio di anni lo faró é sicuramente scenderà ancora il costo.
