I have to be more comprehensive here. Keep in mind the low cost even with delivery charge of almost £10.00.. It is fairly attractive. It is compact but has a good sized top. The section for the PC case is not deep enough to allow standard PC case to be pushed all way in when back is up against skirting board. Has to be kept several inches away. Assembly is simple and should take most folk a couple of hours to put together. It is not reversible so the long side has to be to your right. With a little more thought this item could be so much better. More depth to PC case section. Metal fixings to secure uprights to top. (Has very flimsy dowels for this). The curved edge of the top has been very poorly finished prior to hot fixing the laminate. This results in a lumpy edge. Yes I agree the keyboard shelf will not stand up to a child who will most likely rest elbows on it. It is flimsy. (I simply did not fit hangers and shelf .That's the niggles here is the positives. Very low cost for furniture of this nature. Very easily assembled . Fairly quick delivery. I use the top for keyboard as there is a lot of work surface. This is probably the best feature in such a compact unit. If you, like me, are on a budget buy it.

Cheaply made, keyboard drawer comes off the rail. Drawer has no stopper so closes pit of line and the instructions were a joke. Got a refund and went to Ikea!

You get what you pay for.This is a useful desk for a teenagers bedroom, easy enough to build. However don't destroy the box as the instructions are printed on the outside.It seems a little flimsy and I don't believe it will stand up to hard wear and tear.

Not the best quality for the money , instructions not very clear

Exactly what we needed to fit in my daughters rather small bedroom with plenty of shelving. Straightforward to put together although quite time consuming but a logical process.

Really nice looking desk. Quality is OK however the top is only held on by glue and dowels so be careful when moving. Shame the shelves are not adjustable. Perfect size for where I wanted to put it. Instructions are on outside of cardboard packaging and are more difficult than normal flat packs to understand but not hard. I had no problems with the keyboard slide that I've read others had. Overall really impressed.

Instructions weren't great. The fittings were even worse. Sadly my desk is already broken. The keyboard stand wouldn't even slide in. Not worth the money spent. I will have to go out and get a new desk now.
