Jason Vale's Super Juice Me! Documentary

Absolutely amazing! Have juiced for a few years now so was aware of the potential, but seeing the benefits for these people who had real health issues reinforced the "magic" contained in simple fruit and veg. A friend bought the app and did the first 14 days. He's lost nearly two stone, cholesterol down, blood pressure down and medications now being reduced. This is not new, but it does work. Even if relatively fit and healthy, juicing helps prevent problems, but the food companies will never agree as they stick all those chemical poisons in our food - starting with the food we give our children. All these companies want is the next generation of profit! Perhaps the NHS should take Mr Vale on as a consultant as I'm sure millions could be saved every year by puttingg people on his juice plans rather than the chemicals which pass for medicines these days.

Very inspirational and moving documentary. This has fired me up with inspiration and I am now two days into my 28 day detox. Wish me luck! :)

Inspiring. Works. Made me sleep better, brain fog lifted and lost a pound a day for nearly a month. Skin dramatically improved. I'm a convert.
