Great product at a great price. I appreciate the fact it's organic. The tea is processed to be fine, so if you're expecting the usual packaging of it on stalks this will confuse you; however it brews very nice and just the same. I'll definitely be buying more when this bag runs out.

This is decent-quality S. syriaca tea, smells nice, and packs quite a bit into a bag. It looks a little more chunky/messy (and thus is probably wild-harvested, at a guess), but the tea brews up fine.

My daughter brought me back a small package of Greek mountain tea when she went to Greece last year. I loved it with lemon and honey, so I ordered a bag. This one is good, but it seems to have lots of stems. I make all of my loose teas right in the cup, rather than in a tea strainer. If you use a tea strainer it probably won’t be an issue for you.

Yes, it is way cheaper than some competitors, and it is passable - definitely the same Sideritis plant and a familiar taste. However, the content of these packages was obviously treated way more aggressively while processing and packaging than what I have been used to from different brands. As a result most of the package content are small specks pressed into dusty clumps, rather than several inches long hardy branches with buds and leaves still attached as I was used to.

I love this tea, and have bought in the the past were I have to break the stalks and flowers down. In this package, this has already been done which makes it easier to prepare. Tastes great!

I bought this not knowing what to expect. Have found it a strong, good brew. The usual 212-degree setting on my electric tea kettle, steeped for 8-10 minutes, after pouring in the tea pot.Tasted a little funky at first, being my first taste, but it's growing on me. Will definitely re-purchase when all gone.

I enjoy the lightly sweet and floral flavor, similar to camomile but different. This product comes with flowers, flower buds, stems, and some leaves. My suggestion is to use a bullet blender or food processor and pulse to “shred” it. This will result in a very fluffy mass. I then bag it up and pull out a lea ball worth. Now this does have a drawback. The fluff wants to float. So it needs submerged physically. But on the upside I get all the flavor in my cup and use a fraction of the product that I need for the same effect straight out of the cup. And in theory all those lovely benefits are more completely infused into my tea as well.

This was the best deal for the quality and quantity.
