Q: how to use the gel color

It is very simple step.Before start use base and top gel you have to clean the cutical around the nail,after that buffer on surface nail and clean it with alcohol.You apply the base gel and curl in the led light about 60 second and next you can apply the colors gel.And the final step you apply the top gel.

Q: Can the base be used with dipping powder?

Yes this can be used with dipping powders. Cleanse nail with acetone, then with 99% alocohl. You can apply a decent but thin coat and dip or sprinkle your dip powder into base gel. Let it absorb for 30-60 seconds before curing. You’ll probably need 2-3 coats. Smooth and top coat.

Q: Can you use this base coat without using a light?

No. You must use a light I use a UV/LED appliance. They are soak off products.
