The Energy Medicine Kit: Simple, Effective Techniques to Help You Boost Your Vitality and Feel Better Now

I love this kit. Fifteen years ago I bought Donna Eden's book but didn't really use it properly and then gave it away during a big clearing out session. Recently, being faced with too many health issues I decided to give it another go, so I bought the book again, but found it difficult to find a way of picking out the moves appropriate for my problems - too much flicking pages back and forward. So when I found this kit thought it would be better for me, and it has been. It stands alone as a healthy routine to get into. The DVD is excellent and the cards are great as a quick aide de memoire whenever you decide you need a particular move to boost the energies or whatever. It's too early for me to decide whether it's making a difference or not, but I intend to stick with it for a month at least and then decide that. Other reviewers have said it's helpful and I'm sure they're right. I like the book for it's more in-depth information, but this is a much more user friendly version of advice and instruction for this way of healing. I should have bought the Energy Medicine Kit first. Would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

I wish I had discovered this years ago. There is a crystal, DVD, CD, book and a very comprehensive set of reminder cards. It is excellent value for money. The quality of the various components, including the storage box, is extremely high and it arrived a couple of days after I ordered it, in perfect condition.The system itself is very easy to follow and it has been, for me, very effective in dealing with headaches and making me feel energised, calm, and empowered. I recommend it for everyone and the 'exercises' are easy to do. No equipment is required and many of them can be done while sitting, or standing - they are not remotely aerobic, so anyone with pains or difficulty with moving would definitely benefit from it.It only takes a few minutes a day to do the programme, with additional exercise if you need to target something specific. The cards are great if you are not near a CD or DVD player and could be taken with you while travelling. I think I will probably stick with this for the rest of my life.

This Energy Kit is fantastic! The little crystal has an amazing healing ability (the fact that its glass rather than actual quartz crystal does not in any way limit its healing ability). Since using the crystal and the other energy techniques, a pain in my foot that I have had for years (due to dropped arches) has reduced by at least 60% and sometimes it is not there at all. The DVD where Donna demonstrates the techniques makes it very easy to learn and remember the routines. The only disappointment is in terms of the cards. The print is far too small to read (I have had to buy strong reading glasses for this purpose alone) and the reverse of the cards is almost impossible to read, even with glasses, since the text is again far too small and is white over pale orange spirals! The kit is still well worth the money though and I really recommend it.

I bought this and loved it so very much. I'm so glad to see if you've got it in stock now. Fantastic to have such a easy to use self-help set of tools to help build your resilience and health. Going to buy for members of my family spread far and wide to help them handle what's going on in the world at the moment. So many things are running out of the shops. People panic buying. Don't panic buy this; but please do purchase one for someone you love.

I particularly liked that this set covers all learning styles and is thorough but easy to use.Very good for general well being and adding simple yet effective shirt routines to your daily life.I've had some great results fairly quickly!

I've been involved in personal energy practices for many years and recently have been offereing work as an energy therapist.Donna Edens kit is informative without the information being over powering, it's all delivered in such an easy to use format, without being patronising either!... Really really this kit is pitched at a level that suits everyone. I'm even going to be incorporating some of the exercises into my work with clients.I'm a regular buyer of new age books and resources and this one stands out above the rest, this really is a kit which deserves the rave reviews.You will not be disapointed , infact you might even be rather delighted ...as I am.

Really well presented. Haven't loaded up thecCD or DVD but I've been using videos on YouTube so expect they are the same / similar.

The kit is lovely and books also good! But whatever you do do NOT sign up for these courses as Mindvalley.com will take you money and long term subscription as well and you will find yourself going around in circles and you will find it impossible to navigate to get onto the webinars to learn.I use Drs McDougall and McGreger webinars no problem. Mindvalley say you can get a refund but I just feel I've lost £350+ as there is no simple way to unsubscribe - they use bots and there is no contact details to an office. BEWARE!But Donna's books are wonderful as are her FREE YouTube talks and demos. I'd advise using that for your learning from this inspirational woman and her husband. Do they know how awful it is? Others on YouTube express the same frustrations.
