I returned an MSI Monitor that had problems combining with my PC - refusing to return from sleep/taking an age to start, adjustment issues. and other irritations. So, I tried this cheaper option with some trepidation. It is easily assembled - connected by HDMI cable. {HDMI included - N.B. No Display Port cable included} I use a monitor for general use/browsing, film, YouTube, live action/sport - most things other than gaming. Getting used to the set-up/controls with a new monitor is always a pain? This one was a little less so. The quality of the display pleases me and, Importantly it responds smoothly to controls from the monitor menu, third party software {Windows lacks an on screen brightness/contrast control} and Windows display settings. The range and level of brightness seems better than other monitors I've used, including the one recently returned. Build quality is as expected/adequate. The design is pleasing/unobtrusive. As expected, sound from the built in speakers is poor. It is adequate for system sounds only? For a 1440 monitor, it is good value and is recommended. It is very early days - I'll update if issues arise.

Works well. Smart input switching.. Excellent image quality. 2560 x 1440 resolution. Good product.

As others have stated, it may have the worst sound of any monitor made in the last 20 years. A Nokia 3210 phone had better sound quality than this monitor. But you shouldn't be relying on a monitor for sound. You want it for its display abilities, and this is crisp and clear. Great stuff!

First VA monitor after swearing by IPS for the past 10 years. Well I have 3 monitors on my rig, 2 DELL IPS (decent monitors) but this main monitor is night and day better. Its not OLED but its a very, very nice screen.

Very good picture quality, poor speakers and monitor wobbles left to right a bit due to stand not supporting. Decided to keep and use existing speakers under monitor to support. Very good picture quality and a good price

Upgrade from a 1080 24" Monitor. Reaaly pleased.

I'm very happy with the display as it's bright, sharp resolution and no dead pixels. The only disappointment are the built in speakers. I wasn't looking for anything good enough to play music or films, just the occasional YouTude video and for video conferencing but the speakers are that tinny that it's unbearable. I've bought desk speakers now which work well but didn't really want the additional desk clutter.

Ich habe den Philips 275V8LA als Zweitmonitor für meine Arbeit angeschafft und bin insgesamt zufrieden mit meinem Kauf, insbesondere in Anbetracht des attraktiven Preises für einen 27-Zoll QHD Monitor. Der wohl größte Pluspunkt dieses Monitors ist zweifellos der Preis. In dieser Preisklasse ist es schwer, einen 27-Zoll Monitor mit QHD-Auflösung zu finden, und der Philips 275V8LA erfüllt diese Anforderungen zu einem erschwinglichen Preis. Die Bildqualität ist bereits in den Werkseinstellungen sehr ansprechend, was für mich besonders praktisch ist, da ich keine zeitaufwendigen Anpassungen vornehmen musste. Die Möglichkeit zur Vesa-Montage ist ein weiterer positiver Aspekt, der den Monitor flexibel in meiner Arbeitsumgebung integriert. Da die Bedientasten von unten angeordnet sind, ist es besonders hilfreich, wenn mehrere Monitore genutzt werden, da die Einstellungen leicht erreichbar sind. Allerdings gibt es auch einen kleinen Kritikpunkt bezüglich der Lautsprecher. Die integrierten Lautsprecher sind etwas leise und klingen leicht blechern. Für gelegentlichen Tonbedarf reichen sie aus, jedoch empfehle ich bei einem höheren Anspruch an die Audioqualität die Verwendung externer Lautsprecher oder Kopfhörer. Alles in allem bietet der Philips 275V8LA für mich einen soliden Leistungsumfang zu einem unschlagbaren Preis. Wer einen bezahlbaren 27-Zoll QHD Monitor sucht und bereit ist, Abstriche bei den Lautsprechern zu machen, wird mit diesem Modell zufrieden sein.

Har två 27 tumsskärmar monterade på armarna. Satsade på denna modell som klarar 32 tum ifall man byrr upp sig till större skärmar. Blev jättebra. Mycket stabilt. Det ena fästet på skärmen behövde dock justeras till då glappade lite. Bra med bifogade skruvar i olika längder.

Ho preso questo monitor da accoppiare al Mac mini, è un 27 pollici QHD come i monitor degli iMac prima che fossero retina, per cui macOS mantiene nativamente proporzioni ideali. Con i suoi 109 DPI non è neanche minimamente paragonabili ai display retina (lo studio display ne ha 218) ma a questo prezzo sono assolutamente accettabili e per la maggior parte degli utenti sono più che sufficienti. È un pannello VA, per cui si porta i pregi e i difetti di questa tecnologia, i neri sono profondi, gli angoli di visione non sono quelli di un IPS, ma nemmeno quelli di un TN. Sui social in dark mode non si avvertono problemi di smearing (il testo bianco in movimento su sfondo nero non scompare) mentre effettuando il test soffre un pò di ghosting, anche se nell'uso quotidiano non l'ho mai avvertito fino ad ora. Niente backlight bleeding (Deo gratias). I colori sono vividi, impostando il profilo sRGB da macOS si ottenere un risultato cromatico accettabile, molto probabilmente non adatto ad un professionista che lavora facendo photo e video editing ma sicuramente molto gradevole, non è in IPS ma secondo me si difende bene. Le impostazioni sono in italiano e sono presenti diverse modalità per il gaming, ci si può sicuramente giocare con una certa soddisfazione grazie all'adaptive-sync a titoli race, azione/avventura, arcade, ma non ad FPS competitivi visti i soli 75 Hz. Interessante che sia Flickr free e interessantissimo lo smart contrast che migliora esponenzialmente il già ottimo contrasto di 4000:1, purtroppo interviene con qualche istante di ritardo e bisogna farci l'occhio, ottimo per la fruizione di contenuti multimediali, specialmente per le scene più scure, ma va assolutamente disattivato mentre si lavora al computer. È dotato di speaker ma sono pessimi, conviene far finta di non averli. La dotazione porte è nella media, sono presenti 2 HDMI e una DP, forse sarebbe stato meglio avere 2 DP e una HDMI ma probabilmente sarebbe stato chiedere troppo. Niente prese USB sul retro, nemmeno 2.0, peccato. Tra le modalità se ne trovano 2 interessanti, una che tende a diminuire il blu (ma preferisco il night shift di macOS, se non altro perché si attiva da solo) e una chiamata easy reed, che dovrebbe emulare uno schermo e-paper per facilitare la lettura, riuscendo anche benino visto che il monitor è opaco. Purtroppo nonostante il fatto sia opaco qualche riflesso si percepisce ma niente di grave. Presenta l'attacco VESA sul retro per chi come me volesse appenderlo ad un braccio. In definitiva, per un uso generalista con macOS, per me al prezzo al quale l'ho acquistato (circa 160€) è più che ottimo.

Esta reseña es de la primera impresión después de unas pocas horas usándolo. Es justo lo que iba buscando, un monitor de 27” que me permitiese trabajar con múltiples documentos en pantalla a la vez, manteniendo la pantalla de mi portátil también, por lo que puedo llegar a tener 3 documentos abiertos a la vez. Colores, resolución, configuración y velocidad por ahora contento. Quizás no sea el mejor monitor gaming posible, pero para trabajar y hacer algo de edición de vídeo lo encuentro perfecto por su precio. Sin duda lo recomendaría. En cuanto a los altavoces hay varias opiniones que dicen que son pura chatarra…yo no he llegado ni a probarlos porque dispongo de unos buenos altavoces HiFi, pero lo que he escuchado la primera vez que lo he conectado (hasta que lo he desactivado desde el ordenador) desde luego no me ha gustado, pero bueno, no creo que nadie se compre este monitor por el sonido, así que puede verse como un plus. Actualizaré la reseña si, con el tiempo, tengo algún problema, pero por ahora le doy 5 estrellas

Résolution et couleurs parfaites pour travailler et se divertir. J'ai vraiment été impressionné par la qualité de cette écran entrée de gamme sur le segment 2K / QHD.
