If I use this with the hub, will it connect to Google Home?

You need to connect to hub, not sure about Google home, but works seamlessly with Alexa

Does this support Smart life and Automation?

It doesn't have wifi, it connects to TP Link Tapo Hub using a different wireless technology and then the Hub connect with wifi. Because of it it doesn't show in Smart Life. It doesn't show in Google home. It does show in Alexa though and you can automate it there. Again it has to be connected to Hub for that.

How do i activate a philips led strip with this motion sensor? Do i need a strip light also connected with wifi?

You need this sensor connected to Tapo Hub and Hub connected to your wifi network and LED strip needs to be connected to wifi as well. Then you can use Alexa to control it. It doesn't show up in Google home or Smart Home apps
