Can i use this in a water pillow?

I've never actually heard of a water pillow but if it works on the same basis as a water bed in that it needs an anti-fungal treatment to keep the water fresh all year round then I would say yes. You may be safer to check with the supplier or manufacturer of your pillow though, just to be on the safe side. Hope that helps.
