Herb Chopper Knife (Mezzaluna) + Chopboard Set

I was a bit sceptical at first, but it really works and chops herbs (all I've tried so far) fast and well. I have yet to try it on meat and am alittle worried about cleaning it afterwards as there is not much room between the blades. So far - good.

Purchased for my adult daughter who loves cooking and uses lots of fresh ingredients. She has found the double blade makes light work of chopping fresh herbs, meat etc. The block is great for chopping on, protecting the work surfaces and ensuring the blade stays razor sharp.A boon for anyone who enjoys cooking with fresh ingredients and wants to save time and effort.

The board and chopper knife arrived promptly and is very sharp. I should add that I think it is incredible that such a sharp knife is not supplied with a clip on guard for storage - I have had to make one quickly to make sure that nobody gets badly cut.

One of the handles is a bit loose but it does the job.

perfect size , a bit of practice needed to perfect technique, about 3 mins . Well weighted , perfect size, great quality , looks like lasting for years, love using it salad leaves , herbs , boiled egg , not found anything it wont chop .. yet

I lost my original one of these during a house move. So I've been looking out for one that was equally as good as the one I had. Well I finally found one. It's actually so much better and delivered much quicker than I expected. Very happy
