Not for 30mm but it is very queitly smooth.
nice and tight (smooth no raddling) but does not hold a 30mm scope, thanks anyway I'll use another scope.

Do Not Buy.. Set screw threads ruined stripped out after mounting to rail... adjustment screw pops out when centering... Do Not Waste your Money!!!
