I love this press i use it for everything iv never been more satisfied the only negative thing that i can come up with would be its kinda difficult to mount but i use c clamps and its perfect

Perfect for my leather work. It seems well built, and I like the two handles for aligning my tools before use.

I bolted it down to my heavy work bench that’s mounted to the wall of my shop. It works great. I can’t complain at all for the money. I chose to pull a weld on the legs where they bolt to the frame just so it wouldn’t sway some but it works great

The title of this item listed it as a "Arbor Press 1 Ton, Ratchet Leverage Press," but there is NO RATCHET mechanism of any sort on this press. It operates like the lower-priced 1 ton press offered by the same maker. The only difference seems to be the handwheel which is not included in the lower-priced press. Had I known there was no ratchet mechanism, I would have saved $20 and got the press with no handwheel. There is no mention of the ratchet in the instructions.

Great little press for the money! After a quick wipe down to remove the excess oil, put it straight to use. I'm using it mostly for leatherwork, stamping and riveting. I did replace the handle with a slightly longer breaker bar for a little more leverage, but the included handle was certainly fine. I would definitely recommend this little press to anyone. It's sturdy, easy to assemble and a great price!
