5/8" (15.9mm) Chrome Steel Bearing Balls for Paracord Monkey Fist Core (Pack of 30)

I'm no expert on ball bearings, but... I do know what an old "steely" marble is supposed to be like. These are just the right size. I bought these for my grandchildren to use in a marble game (where the marbles just roll down a series of tracks). These are perfect because they're darn near indestructible... and no worry about broken glass marbles. Got a game that needs marbles? These may be a perfect substitute. Just remember that they have some serious weight over glass marbles.

Just what I ordered for monkey fists. Solid core ball bearings. Use the 3/4 for cores though. Much better I think.

Very nice product but they are too small for monkey fists. Should have ordered 1" instead :( Oh well, I"ll find something to use them for as they are very good quality.

All balls were consistently chromed, and appeared to be very good quality. The one thing missing, is since I am going to be using these for cooking, is any temperature specifications on them. Wikipedia states 300° on the lowest grade, so I figure I am safe up to 250°. The manufacturing grade was not specified on these balls. If you are using these for targeting, they are a perfect choice.

What can you say> They're steel balls. They arrived on time, they're spherical. No issues on fit and finish.If I need balls in the future, I would totally grab these guy's balls.
