Wooden Walking Stick

My poor mum needs a stick these days, and she assures me this stick is the very thing. Does the job, perfectly, Can cut down to size if needed, and I actually bought her two - she swears by them: "Ooh me leg, where's me ****in stick?!" She exclaims!My mum likes this design and it's a rigid, sturdy, reliable stick, if you or someone you know needs a stick, this is highly recommended!Arrived in no time, by the way.Great value!And yes they do hurt around the back of the head. Hehe!

I bought 2 of these, thankfully only for use in emergency in my car and van.Paint peeling even before I removed the plastic wrapping they were delivered in as the paint must have been still damp when wrapped.Both have a paper notice stuck on just below the handle. Could not remove so used a damp cloth. Yet again, paint comes off.Handles where they join onto the shaft are both rough, ill fitting, and got gagged edges. From the look of it will not last long.Ferrule's are so thin I will be amazed if they survive 1 reasonable distance walk.I buy a lot of Amazon and these items are by far the worst I have ever bought.I know they were cheap, but they go beyond cheap and tatty to just throw on the fire.DO NOT BUY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

It's very cheap and the handle is very weird - some sort of dragon and has some kind of weird bead in its mouth. Also no rubber ferrule

OK first the positive ... Its a walking stick, its lightweight, it supports my weight with no problem and i'm heavy LOL.Its cheap, it has a shaped handle (shaped in Chinese style head).It may be wood, it could be painted bamboo, it could be something else, it seems to have a hollow shaft (but this makes it lightweight).It looks cheap and it is cheap, but it does do what it is meant to do..

My dad keeps loosing his walking sticks so this was an ideal replacement. There was a slight bend to it but for the money this is an excellent buy. And we can always order another when this one goes walking!

Ok. it's not of the quality of my other walking sticks, but then I could have bought 10 of these for one of my others. That said, I am amazed at how cheap they are. I put a lot of weight through mine and this stick is definitely sturdy enough. Would absolutely recommend, and would be fascinated to know how they manage to sell them so cheap AND free delivery! Total bargain.

You don't get a lot for under four pounds these days and to be honest this is not a lot. Yes I know it's cheap and I should not expect too much. But the finish is poor and I don't think this will last too long. But it was under four pounds so does it really matter?Update: After just a week the cane and the handle have separated. Don't waste four pounds on this piece of rubbish. Spend a few quid more and get something stronger and better made.A complete waste of money and for a few quid not worth the hassle of trying to return it.

Absolutely perfect. Just what i wanted and doesn't look old fashioned either. Quite trendy. Thank you. Will make getting about a bit easier.
