Q: how can I be sure to receive them in the right time frame for my event since they only last 4-5 days?

Our orchids last much longer than 4-5 days! Normally 2 weeks, because we ship only the best and freshest product.

Q: What are they made out of?

Sorry about the delay in answering your question, I just now saw your mail. These are real orchid flowers. Made by nature and grown for the produce world not the floral world. I hope this helps!

Q: how do they ship? What does packaging look like?>

We ship our 50 count orchids packed in a clear compostable clam shell that is also enclosed in a paper box. We use ground delivery service like Fedex or UPS. The blooms have a great shelf life of normally 2 weeks. Hope you find this information helpful and thank you for your interest!

Q: How long will these orchids last? Can they be frozen?

These are pretty hearty and will hold up 4-5 days with proper storage and handling. I do not recommend freezing.
