Amylase, Maltase, Protease, Pepsin, Lipase, Lactase, Invertase, Cellulase, Noni (fruit), Apple cider Vinegar. I believe you can call the company if you need more information. I used this for a while and then switched to DuoZyme from Karuna Labs at my doctor's suggestion and I do like DuoZyme better.

premier digest also digests dairy while the other does not

yes. when you bought 3 products of premier it listed it as 32.95 but if you ordered it separate it was like 19.95 I canceled my order till they got single bottles in.
