This product is outstanding, I will admit to being a little sceptical due to the price but would happily pay it again.The water is unbelievably clean and fresh, the size of the flask is the right amount for work and also when out and about.We have now been drinking this water for almost two months and are really feeling the benefits, not so sluggish, my skin is clearer and I rarely suffer with heartburn. I can only put this down to the water as I havent changed any other aspect of my diet.The service we received from the supplier was wonderful, any questions were answered swiftly (we emailed at about 9:30pm one night and had a response within 30mins) and given all the relevant information.another lovely bonus was the carry case and a bottle of cleaning fluid as a freebie.would recommend this without a doubt.

We had already bought the smaller version of this flask but wanted to make larger quantities. I purchased this larger version for a friend and she seemed quite happy with it and keeps it on her desk at work.We decided to order this larger flask for ourselves but whilst the size is great I did feel that the qualilty and styling of this larger flask is not quite as good as the smaller version.If they could just make a bigger version of the small flask I would probably buy that as well.The small flask seems to have two filters, one that is fixed into the base of the flask and the other that is removeable/replaceable. This larger flask does not appear to have any filter in the base and only the one removeable/replaceable filter - not sure I understand why and I hope that it is doing as good a job of akalising the water.Both flasks do transform the tap water to make it taste much better so I am glad I purchased these products.

I was very happy with this product in the beginning but three months into using the flask and it has started to rust inside.This is quite an expensive flask and I wouldn't have expected such deterioration in such a short time frame.I'm very disappointed.

I bought it in may this year, with expectation. I tested many times. This flask does nothing with PH. Useless

I've only had the product a couple of weeks so far it's working very well! you can certainly taste the difference. I bought it to help with my arthritis - for me it seems to be helping!!The flask, case and attachable strap are very well made. My only qualification is that - the instructions could be a more helpful - am I meant to fill it to the top or just enough to cover the filter?

i got this flask 2 weeks ago ,now i got PH tester, it shows water is the same as it was, even i left it for the night in the flask , it remains same water.
