As soon as these arrived, I begged my wife to try making some tarts. She did. And I'm so grateful. After I gobbled up some delicious fruit tarts, she did give me some feedback on these. She noticed there were no hot spots, which create uneven baking. The materials seems durable, which is great because that means I get more tarts in the future. She also noticed that they seemed pretty much nonstick. I get to do the cleaning, so I can vouch for how easy they were to clean.

I received eight of these tins and was surprised when I saw that they looked like plastic but they work like champs and the cooking is nice and even on your tarts. They cook evenly and release well due to the holes in the side, I am guessing. They can be used for hot or cold forms and are a very practical item for the cook who likes to experiment.

I felt scammed I am a pastry chef and i bought these molds to make small tarts, I couldn’t find them in stores nearby so I needed to find them online. Super disappointed! as soon as I opened them I realized they’re NOT carbon fiber or metal (usually this types of molds are made of metal) they are plastic! You can see in the photos and video that they say max temperature is 180º Celsius or 365º Fahrenheit (which is not a lot) but I still wanted to give It a try, I washed them and made some tarts and the molds didn’t burn or melt BUT the tarts had an awful plastic taste!! I cannot use this things again for my clients. DONT BUY!

I was hesitant to use these at first because the material feels like plastic. But after baking with them a few times, they work great and are holding up well. Perfect size that I was looking for and easy to use, not so easy to store though.

These are very well made, nonstick, and a great size. Of course, you could use these for tarts, but I think there’s a lot of other things these will get used for in my house. I’m thinking about mini pizzas, little breakfast sandwiches - with a croissant crust. They come in a pack of eight.

These are perfect for cooking any small little desserts such as tarts or appetizers. I was worried because of the material since it seemed equivalent to plastic. However, it held up and I had no issues besides cleaning. Because of the miniscule holes surrounding the ring, I had difficulties cleaning it thoroughly, but I eventually got it.

I will keep the original review below, but I think it's important to mention that the vendor has offered a full refund of the product. **************************************** I sometimes buy some items from Asian apps, and when I realized this one was actually bought from Amazon, I was shocked. It feels like it's plastic, even though it isn't... doesn't feel sturdy enough... It is one of the lowest quality products I've ever bought here.
