Love the design of the chair, I work from home a lot and so this gives me a wonderful time when sitting with good support for my back & neck for those long meetings. The chair does look premium and is a very comfortable for 8+ hour sessions

I originally posted a review on this chair. It was a great-looking chair, but it wasn't particularly comfortable. After that post, I received a response from the Hbada company. They offered to replace the chair with any other chair I wanted, without requiring me to return the original chair. Two days later, that chair showed up at my door. Today, that kind of customer service hardly exists. This was amazing, and I can't thank you enough for going above and beyond for the customer.
