Lightweight
A Christmas present for my grandson. He loves it. I thought it would have been more sturdy for the money. It’s very lightweight.

Toy trumpet
Firstly, this is a toy trumpet, but I was actually really surprised by the quality of this product. The notes do play - albeit in a key to play The Last Stand, but they are still individual notes. It takes quite a lot of effort to blow, but again, simulates a real trumpet in that way quite well. My 4 year old loved it and played it constantly all of Christmas Day and beyond, and my 10 year old and 6 year old nephew also really loved it. We bought it because my youngest wants to learn to play the trumpet and advice is to wait until they are at least 5 or 6, so this was a great toy to introduce the instrument.

Box battered
Bought as a gift, the trumpet seems fine but the box arrived ripped and squashed

Good as a stocking filler, but quite difficult to play
My kids like it, so that's the main thing. It is quite difficult to play though - with not much noise produced even if you blow really hard.

As I expected and hoped for
This is a good value for money toy which does what it says on the tin. Boys love playing with it.My grading criteria: 1 = Product not fit for use and fails all expectations. 2 = Product works although probematic and so expectations not met. 3 = Product works as designed, but below expectations, 4 = Product works as designed and meets all expectations. 5 = Product is great and exceeds expectations

Good but a bit too cheap
It’s really easy to blow a sound, my 1 year old can do it and he enjoys it. Unfortunately after a few months the plastic mouth piece cracked and it’s now too ‘dangerous’ to use.
