Toy dose not work everything is all connected and all the dino says is that its sick and cannot play now im extremely sad as this was one of my daughters most longed for gifts we have now had to return

"My Uncle has a real dinosaur that talks"
I bought one of these from the USA and played with it in the UK with my two kids - 11 and 7 because I saw it on Kickstarter. Admittedly the 11 year old is a tad old for it but we've got an Alexa so he was intrigued by the tech. The 7 year old enjoyed the jokes the most, and the fact he could ask it questions. There is a delay when you ask it a question...there is in practice with Siri, and Alexa. It will also sometimes not understand but you need to speak clearly. The parent portal is great because you can see what the kids are using it for the most. Its pretty robust as a toy as the nephews have had a go with it. They are 4 years and under so they think their Uncle has a real dinosaur that can talk! I've enjoyed it, and not had any issues connecting to wifi at home, and I've also connected it to my mobile phone to show it to some friends out of the house.
